IT'S ACTUALLY NOT JUST THE CUSHION. I had a similar experience to all the others below. I called customer service to inquire about purchasing replacement parts. All in the same ball park. So, I had them delivered. Guess what? Having children takes up space also so consult with experts before one purchases furniture! If you can’t make it to the central coastal town of Big Sur, California, I highly recommend this stunning Big Sur Square Arm Slipcovered Sofa, which is just as beautiful and dreamy as Big Sur! I have ordered numerous pieces from Pottery Barn including a full set of the Bedford Collection Office furniture. Love Pottery Barn but their computer system is very outdated. Note too, that from ANYONE or anywhere, a single seat cushion is much harder to maintain in terms of stability in upholstery and wear. Then lazy boy. Sorry, it is not a good sofa. The covering makes no difference. You paid 750.00 per year. depending what you are doing, and how extensve. They’re so unprofessional and do not care about you, just your money. I am hoping they will refund my 5,000 and come pick up these useless 2 pieces. 10/6 comes with a new delivery window scheduled in November.
