Deborah Ashby is a Microsoft IT Trainer and content creator specializing in the design, delivery and facilitation of Microsoft training courses both online and in the classroom. Deborah has been an IT Trainer for 15 years in the private and public sectors and has been supporting Microsoft products for 25 years. Deborah went freelance two years ago and now focuses on creating engaging video-led courses and training content for clients. Deborah is a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), TAP Accredited for Training Delivery Skills, Facilitation Skills, Blended Learning, Coaching and E-Learning Design, COLF Accredited and is a Member of the British Institute of Learning and Development (MBILD).
